In this streamlined project, you’ll receive a detailed summary of your event revenue for a sport of your choice. This analysis includes:
A breakdown of revenue generated by the events of the selected sport, from the best to the worst-performing games.

Insights into how game day impacts your bottom line and actionable recommendations to enhance revenue.

$10,000 for the First Data Source
Get a jump start on setting up your data strategy by allowing us to set up a central repository that you can use to access data and begin to draw information from. We will identify a cost-effective storage and management solution (<$5k/year per source) and do the initial build to ensure you own your data and can use it when you need it. This may include:

Process: We will first identify what data you wish to consolidate, then we will identify a mechanism to store the data. If your institution has enterprise level relationships with tools, we may consider these as efficient cost savings measures. We will take it from there!
Outcome: You will have a secured dataset stored in a manor accessible by your team for data analysis or future integrated efforts. Technical documentation will be provided and we will provide technical support of the solution for 1 year.

$25,000 per Assessment
We are surrounded by risk. Ensure your largest financial processor is taking every practical step to reduce exposure to bad players and is not opening your department to risk. As ticket operations experts, we will ensure we take a practical approach while digging into common risks across the industry. This assessment may include the following and more:
Comp Ticket Distribution and Reconciliation
Chargeback mitigation
Refund policies and protections
Away and Neutral Site Ticket procurement and deadwood policies
Process: We will review practices with ticket operations staff and test scenarios using back data. We will also work with operations staff to address potential risks and identify efficiencies while remaining compliant with best practices.
Outcome: You will have specific and strategic recommendations to which you may choose to implement. Findings will be provided directly to the athletic department, ensuring you have the opportunity to address concerns before risks or exposure is identified by your University’s governing body.
